Audience

MEN & WOMEN, DANCERS & NON-DANCERS.

The level remains OPEN all year long, so everyone (even without any prior dancing experience) can join the group at any time.

Programme

The 80 % of the exercises repeat from one week to another (we use these as a drill), so one can participate on any chosen Tuesday without loosing too much of the material. When you participate in this class regularly, you will gain better body CO-ORDINATION, increase RANGE OF MOTION, gain better BALANCE in the work of the body, have better POSTURE, and increase overall FLEXIBILITY.

In the programme:

• ISOLATION exercises

• CO-ORDINATION exercises

• fusion of AFRO-LATIN elements

• body movement TECHNIQUES and styling "EFFECTS"

• STRETCHING 

• basics of CUBAN RUMBA

This class is very useful for dancers, who would like to take their STYLING and overall body movement capabilities to the next level. The set of exercises will help to RELEASE STIFFNESS of muscles one can feel after long hours behind the office desk. As a side effect you will leave the class in a good mood, RELAXED and full of POSITIVE ENERGY! :-)

How to prepare

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes, flat sole shoes and bring a bottle of water.
